Code of Conduct

You have the right to your own composition.

Composium exists to help people listen, compose, and conduct what matters to them.

That requires boundaries.

Every person who enters Composium remains the author and conductor of their own life, work, decisions, and participation.

We conduct with people. We do not conduct them.

Enter deliberately.

Participation in Composium should be voluntary and intentional.

Conduct without extraction.

Interaction does not create unrestricted access.

Receiving another person’s composition does not give you ownership of it.

Access to a person, composition, conversation, or system should extend only as far as the interaction requires.

Do not exploit, manipulate, coerce, threaten, impersonate, deceive, harass, or deliberately interfere with another person through Composium.

Preserve authorship.

A composition belongs to its conductor unless another arrangement has been explicitly agreed.

Respect authorship, attribution, confidentiality, intellectual property, and the context in which something was shared.

Do not take what was shared for one purpose and silently turn it toward another.

Boundaries work both ways.

Composium protects its own boundaries as well.

Access to Composium does not create unrestricted access to its people, systems, methods, infrastructure, private environments, or intellectual property.

Use the interfaces and channels Composium deliberately makes available.

Do not attempt to bypass technical, contractual, or institutional boundaries.

We bind ourselves to the same principle.

Composium does not claim authority over a participant’s life.

We can listen, distinguish, compose, question, structure, and conduct a process with you.

The decisions that follow remain yours.

Where you deliberately submit a composition to Composium, we use it only within the permissions and purposes governing that interaction.

You may leave.

Conduct requires the possibility of exit.

You may choose not to continue a composition, not to submit it, or not to continue an engagement with Composium, subject to any obligations already agreed under applicable Terms.

The standard

Listen carefully.
Compose without taking.
Conduct deliberately.

The integrity of the system depends on the integrity of the interaction.
