Composium begins from a simple principle: what you create does not become ours because it passes through our system.

You retain the rights you hold in the material you create, enter, save, or submit through Composium.

Using Composium does not, by itself, transfer ownership of your composition to Composium & Company.

Our work is ours.

Unless otherwise stated, the original text, software, visual systems, interfaces, designs, marks, methods, documentation, and other protected material created by Composium & Company remain the property of their respective rightsholders.

Access to Composium does not transfer ownership of these materials or grant permission to reproduce, distribute, commercialize, or represent them as your own except where expressly permitted.

Crossing a boundary does not transfer ownership.

Saving, sharing, or submitting a composition is an act of conduct. It changes where that composition may be accessed or used; it does not, by itself, change who owns it.

Where Composium requires permission to receive or work with material you submit, that permission is governed by the applicable License and Terms.

Authorship matters.

We respect authorship, attribution, and the integrity of creative work.

We expect the same from everyone who interacts with Composium.

Do not submit material you do not have the right to submit.
Do not present another person’s work as your own.
Do not remove or misrepresent authorship or attribution.
